The documents required to be produced by you at the time of registration, in original, have been indicated at ANNEXURE-II, enclosed herewith. Please note that the offer of admission will stand cancelled in the event of your non-fulfillment of any of the eligibility requirements mentioned in the Information Brochure and Counselling Brochure of JEE-2009. It should be noted that suppression or distortion of any fact such as identity, category, educational qualification, nationality, etc. given in your application form will result in cancellation of this offer of admission or degree acquired later.
In all correspondence with the Institute, you must quote your JEE-2009 Registration Number, All India Rank and Category as mentioned above.

1. Original documents to be produced at the time of registration:
a. JEE offer letter in original
b. JEE 2009 Counseling offer letter in original
c. Original mark sheets and pass certificates of 10th class and 12th class
[Registration will be denied, failure to production of proof of passing Class XII (Sc.)
final examination with 60% marks by GE/OBC or 55% marks by SC/ST/PD students]
d. Original money receipt for Rs.15,000/- (GE/OBC) /Rs.8,000/- (SC/ST/PD) paid at the time of
JEE Counseling.
e. Birth Certificate/Date of birth certificate in original;
f. Original Caste certificate (SC/ST), including Non-creamy Layer certificate (if OBC).
g. Original Certificate of PD (applicable for PD candidate)
2. Documents TO BE DEPOSITED to the staff on duty:
(i) Copies of Original mark sheets and pass certificates of Class 10th , and Class 12th
(Science) with 60% marks for GE/OBC or 55% marks for SC/ST/PD students (if not
submitted earlier).
(ii) Copy of Birth Certificate/Date of birth certificate (if not submitted earlier).
(iii) Caste certificate (SC/ST), including OBC (if OBC) Non-creamy Layer certificate (if not
submitted earlier).
(iv) Copy of PDCertificate (if not submitted earlier).
