Information on GITAM Institute of Management
The GITAM INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT started in 1988 is the first of its kind, initiated to promote exclusively MANAGEMENT EDUCATION AND TRAINING and also the first Institute to start the Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) course in Andhra Pradesh which was emulated by several other Universities and Institutes. The Institute is located in a picturesque campus in an imposing four storeyed RCC building with a plinth area of 35,000 Sft. The Institute is affiliated to Andhra University and is permitted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. It is also recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India. The Institute is situated at a distance of 10 Kms from the city and is well connected by public transportation.
