GAT UGS / PGS 2009 COUNSELING SCHEDULE
LIST OF STUDENTS WHO CAN DIRECTLY APPEAR FOR COUNSELING
I. Admission into the following programmes will be made on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. Counseling for admissions will be held at 9:30 am on 28th May 2009 at Mother Teresa Auditorium, GITAM UNIVERSITY CAMPUS, RUSHIKONDA, VISAKHAPATNAM - 45
Candidates who have applied for the below five test codes can directly appear for counseling
Candidates are required to bring the following certificates in original along with two sets of Xerox copies and three pass port and two stamp size photographs at the time ot counseling/admissions:
1. X Class / SSC pass certificate
2. 10 +2 / Intermediate pass certificate
3. All Marks statements of qualifying examination
4. Original degree/provisional certificate of qualifying examination
5. Transfer Certificate
6. Migration Certificate
7. Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/PH
Candidates are required to pay the prescribed fee at the time of counseling if they are admitted into the concerned programme(s) as mentioned below:

II. Admission into the following programmes will be based on the rank obtained in the counventional admission test (GAT-PGS 2009) to be conducted on Friday, 8th May 2009 at 10.00 AM.

GAT-PGS 2009 test for the above programmes will be held at the following test centres:
Hyderabad, Rajahmundry, Tirupathi, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Bhubaneswar.
Candidates who have opted for test centres other than the above will have to appear for the tests as mentioned in their respective Admit Card.
The counseling for the above programmes will be held at 9.30 a.m. on 28th May 2009 at Mother Teresa Auditoirum, GITAM University Campus, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam-45.
